As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing and administration. These will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit that will be payable before the tenancy starts.

End of tenancy

If, with the landlord’s permission, the tenant should vacate the property prior to the end of a fixed term tenancy then the tenant shall be liable to repay to the landlord the balance of the agent's commission fee. This is charged at a percentage of the monthly rent + VAT (dependent on the service provided by Rawlinson Gold, this could be up to a maximum of 15% of your rent + VAT).
