We both lead from the front and are an integral part of the day to day running of the offices, including carrying out many of the valuations. It is so important to us that we provide that extra level of service with the human touch, hence our pride in regularly winning Customer Service awards!
Gary has more than 30 years’ experience in estate agency and he has moved home himself 10 times, so knows what he’s talking about. He worked at a senior level for two major corporate agencies before setting up Rawlinson Gold with David in 1994.
Gary has five children and is the proud and 'glamorous' grandfather of three. He is a regular member of his local gym and a QPR season-ticket holder. After an eventful few years, he recently enrolled on a Psychology course with the Open University. “There isn’t much I haven’t experienced so it will be interesting to understand more about what makes us all tick.”

David has over 30 years’ experience of estate agency, having worked in major corporate agencies before he helped set up Rawlinson Gold.
David runs the business side of Rawlinson Gold and oversees the Lettings Department. He is keen to see all estate agents licensed and qualified in the future and is committed to surpassing clients’ expectations.
He is married with two daughters and is a keen cyclist, golfer and very happy Chelsea supporter. He is a past Chairman of Northwood Round Table and has been instrumental in raising many thousands of pounds for local and national charities.

Jon has worked within the Pinner and Hatch End area for over 30 years. He joined Rawlinson Gold in 2001 as a partner of the newly-opened Pinner office.
“I have lived in the local area since 1976 and have a great knowledge of the area and its recent history. As well as English, I also speak Punjabi and Urdu fluently.”
Shahzad has been in estate agency for over 20 years and has worked for Rawlinson Gold for a total of more than 10 years.
He really enjoys the variety each day holds and relishes the challenges of his chosen career. As a very relaxed and down-to-earth person, Shahzad builds rapport with people very easily, making him popular with our clients.
Shahzad is a Leeds United supporter and father of three (none of whom share his taste in football clubs). He also enjoys playing and watching cricket and is Rawlinson Gold’s champion pool player.

Chris has always been a people person and has a genuine passion to help. This combined with his knowledge and expertise makes him a very effective agent.
He effortlessly and naturally creates meaningful rapports with his clients and helps to guide them through what is commonly referred to as one of the most stressful processes in life.
In his own time Chris has built quite the travel record including India, South East Asia and Australia, enjoys indoor rock climbing and likes an adventure.

Mitchell started his career in estate agency after finishing college where he studied Business and Economics for three years. He enjoys the dynamic nature of the estate agency industry and also the fast pace turnover in lettings as it allows him to interact with new people and deal with new situations every day.
Outside of work Mitchell goes to the gym regularly after work and also loves to travel. He is also a keen football fan, supporting Arsenal FC.

Mateen joined Rawlinson Gold in 2017 as a Sales Negotiator for the Pinner office.
With his extensive background in sales and customer service, he is very much a people person with a proactive and can do attitude.
Mateen loves his cricket and plays for the local team as well as being the under 10’s coach.
Sorrel joined Rawlinson Gold 2 years ago in a part time capacity and is responsible for the admin side of sales. She is often called upon for her IT and social media skills and is happy to help in all aspects of the business. She has lived in Harrow all of her life and is very knowledgeable of the local area.
She enjoys athletics, interior design, fashion and beauty. She is a qualified beauty therapist and is of the opinion that if you look good you feel good.
Since joining the team she has discovered that she enjoys the selling and marketing of homes and wants to continue in this field.

Steven has lived in the Borough of Harrow since 1979 and has extensive local knowledge. He has been working in estate agency for 25 years, over 20 of which have been at Rawlinson Gold.
Steven works primarily on the residential property management side of the business. He is also a qualified engineer, with more than 10 years in the engineering and construction industries.

Sarah joined Rawlinson Gold in 2007 as a part-time sales secretary and moved into the Lettings team as a full-time Lettings Administrator in 2008.
As well as general administrative duties, Sarah is responsible for a range of tenancy-related tasks and as part of her role, she ensures that all documents comply with the latest legislation. She is instrumental in the smooth running of the lettings department and the ‘safety net’ for the sales team when computer-related problems arise.

Moving to the local area from Harrogate in Yorkshire, Rebecca joined Rawlinson Gold as our Lettings Administrator in Spring 2017 and is responsible for a wide range of duties, assisting the letting team at all levels.
Having let out a property of her own, Rebecca has a strong interest in the industry and along with this has found that her previous work experience has benefited her in developing relations with both new and potential clients alike. Thriving on new and exciting situations Rebecca is now a valuable member of the team and by joining Rawlinson Gold feels her transition to London has been made smooth and welcoming.
